Okay, my orders have been PERFECT the last 10 times or so I ordered UberEats from here.
Additionally, the sushi was delish, and they gave me enough soy sauce for the insane amount of sushi I order each time for one person, pretending it's two bless my heart.
I've never ate at the restaurant, but it's good and excluding one time, it's never more than a 30 minute UberEats delivery. The menu super detailed on UberEats and GrubHub making it easy to order and mix it up, it's also exceptionally under-priced for Seattle pricing.
And i always get enough soy sauce now (but you have to weite how many oackets you want when you order, or they'll give you two, even if you order 9 rolls). -

I love this place! I enjoyed Sushiland growing up so I am happy to find something similar here.
The fish tasted fresh, and I went during a slow time. The texture was good!
Seared salmon, California rolls are my favorite items to get :). I like being able to try many options without having to fully commit to a roll of 8 pieces. So for me conveyor belt is perfect.
The service was great! The hostess was attentive and very kind to me and my husband! -

I got 3 orders of Saba Nigiri, 2 orders of Ikura Nigiri, a Dragon Roll, and a Tokyo Roll for $40.39 via Uber Eats (It would've been $34.68 without the delivery fees/tip).
Obviously, I knew this was a cheaper place that would serve lower quality sushi. I mean you wouldn't ever be able to get 2 pieces of saba nigiri for $3.00 unless hell froze over. But after spending $60+ on sushi yesterday, and still having a sushi craving, I decided I'd try to save some money.
The rolls were okay at best and are the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star. At first, you think you're getting a deal on the rolls only being about $5 to $6 a pop. However, these rolls are about half the size of traditional rolls, so it really isn't that much cheaper. On the plus side, smaller size rolls means you can try more types without spending a fortune. The good thing about rolls is that you can mask sub-par fish with flavorful sauces.
The nigiri were horrible. Sorry, there was no redeeming value to any of it. The ikura eggs were decent but the rice and seaweed are of such low quality that it felt like I was chewing each piece 100 times just to get it down. The rice texture was incredibly dense and lacked any flavoring.
But the real nightmare was the saba. I don't know what that was but that couldn't have been saba. It had absolutely no vinegar flavor and the texture (without exaggeration) was similar to rubber.
The moral of the story is don't sacrifice quality for quantity or saving a few bucks. For example, if you are looking to eat steak, would you rather have a mountain of chuck steak or a single piece of ribeye? -

Yo 2 Stars!
Poorly made nigiri.. as rice fell apart in2 soy sauce when dipping.. the Blue Fin was not fresh
Dragon Roll was decent
Rainbow Roll was ok.. but yes not the freshest n rice was hard
Seattle Roll's rice was hard n u can really taste was the cucumber
Seared Salmon nigiri didn't have enough sear 2 it n fish flavor
roll pieces r smaller than most conveyor belt places
not even Kenny G can save them w/ his music playing in the bkgd -

Guy in the kitchen sneezed right into both his open hands, then continued to work in the kitchen area touching stuff with his hands.
I stopped eating, paid and left.
